“What I’m looking for is not out there, it is in me.” ― Helen Keller
Master Key Lesson 3: “Eliminate, therefore, any possible tendencies to complain of conditions as they have been, or as they are, because it rests with you to change them and make them what you would like them to be.”
In my 2015 Master Key Experience (MKE) Week 3 blog, Clarity Makes My Senses Sing, my vision seemed so clear in my Definite Major Purpose (DMP). Since a year has passed, I have moved to a whole new level of clarity. My focus of providing emotional healing which can clear the channels for people to realize their life purpose so makes my heart sing!! Every MKE daily practice we do has new meaning to me and seems to dissolve my fears of yesterday. I feel so strong at honoring my vision and I will let nothing deter manifesting my DMP. My Personal Pivotal Needs (PPN) are clearer this year, which fulfills our DMP, are: Autonomy – the state of existing or acting separately from others, self-directing freedom; and, Liberty – the state or condition of people who are able to act and speak freely. It’s time to speak my truth about how I will make a contribution to the world and have the autonomy to enjoy all aspects of my passions that I have been waiting so long to enjoy. Since I really don’t know how I am going to do all this at this point and I don’t want to follow in someone else’s footsteps, Scroll 1 from Og Mandino’s The Greatest Salesman in the World, helps me see what is possible – “And how will this be accomplished? For I have neither the knowledge nor the experience to achieve greatness and already I have stumbled in ignorance and fallen into pools of self-pity. The answer is simple. I will commence my journey unencumbered with either the weight of unnecessary knowledge or the handicap of meaningless experience. Nature already has supplied me with knowledge and instinct far greater than any beast in the forest…”
Master Key Lesson 3 empowers me to “Direct your effort to a realization of the mental resources, always at your command, from which all real and lasting power comes. ” And Og states if I am diligent in my habit of practicing and reading my DMP three times a day out loud with enthusiasm that “Herein lies the hidden secret of all man’s accomplishment. As I repeat the words daily they soon become a part of my active mind, but more important, they also seep into my other mind, that mysterious source which never sleeps, which creates my dreams, and often makes me act in ways I do not comprehend.”
I am discovering a source of power that I never knew was possible or available to me. What I realize was missing for me were the tools of visualizing my life as I wish it to be and learning how to manifest the life of my dreams.
